People are often hesitant when it comes to trying out a new alcohol brand. So how does one establish its presence in the market?
Aperol Spritz presented the 'Italian Getaway', a contest that gave consumers a chance to fly to Italy.
Exploring
microsite
To enhance and optimize user experience, we crafted an engaging microsite with colors and elements speaking truly to the Italian Getaway. Upon scanning the QR code, the users landed on our microsite where they were asked to participate by filling in their details and uploading their bills.
Every drink rewarded the customer with 100 points each. Users were requested to accumulate as many points they could till 15th July. One lucky winner won a trip to Italy and 200 lucky participants received official merches.
On Ground activation
Aperol Spritz collaborated with around 200 restaurants in Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Goa, Bangalore, and Pune and launched the Italian Getaway contest where a customer earns points for every Aperol Spritz drink they order. At the end of 2.5 months, the lucky one with the maximum points got a 3N/4D trip to Italy.
